Diana Harding, known as Baroness Harding of Winscombe, has served in the House of Lords since 2014, in a variety of roles including on the Economic Affairs Committee, the Finance Bill Sub-Committee, the Communications and Digital Committee and the Industry and Regulators Committee, on which she currently sits. Baroness Harding was on the board of Sainsbury's before becoming CEO of TalkTalk for 7 years. During the Covid pandemic, she was appointed by the Health Secretary to lead Test and Trace, established to track and help stem the spread of the disease. Subsequently, she served as the interim CEO of the National Institute for Health Protection.
